The “pass or you don’t pay” guarantee is applicable only to purchasers of Dental Decks online board preparation products. Purchasers are those with a registered Oakstone Dental Decks account and respective User ID and password.

How to Request Your Refund

If you failed to pass your dental board examination on the first attempt, you may request a refund of the cost of your Dental Decks purchase price to:

All submissions will be carefully reviewed for completeness and accuracy before being considered for a money back refund. All refunds will be made via a credit to the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.  

Refund requests must include:

• Student Information – name, mailing/physical address, phone, and email address of dental student
• Proof of Purchase – scan of a paper receipt or a digital equivalent showing the following information:
  • Date of Purchase – qualifying purchases must be made within the last 12-month period
  • Purchase Price – the net purchase price paid to include taxes, shipping, etc.
  • Product Purchased – description of Dental Decks board preparation study aid purchased:
    • Dental Decks INBDE
    • Dental Hygiene Study Aid

• Board Exam Score Documentation – Submissions must be dated and certified by either the National Board of Dental Examination (NBDE) or the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination (NBDHE).
