Your 45-Day Dental Decks INBDE Study Schedule
Congratulations on starting your INBDE prep! We know you’re in a bit of a time crunch, and there’s a lot to cover. This study schedule is designed to help you manage your time, increase your productivity, and reduce your stress. We tell you exactly what you need to study each day leading up to your INBDE.
Here’s how this study schedule works:
• We divided up the Q&A cards, case and oral pathology booklets, and practice exams into smaller sections that are easier to fit in to your day.
• When you complete each task, cross it off your list! Every time you cross something off your list, you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment and more confident about your INBDE.
• Don’t skip your rest days! Rest is essential for cognitive function, so don’t be afraid to take a break. Rest days are scheduled for day 7 of every week, but you can move those as needed by your schedule. You may feel the need to at least study something, and that’s okay! Just make sure you make some time to rest your brain and do something enjoyable.
